Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership: Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, art directors, and other
creative professionals. Foster a collaborative and creative environment, inspiring the team to
consistently produce outstanding work.
Creative Strategy: Develop and oversee the implementation of creative strategies for client
campaigns. Understand client goals, target audience, and market trends to create compelling and
effective creative solutions.
Campaign Conceptualization: Drive the ideation process, providing innovative and original campaign
concepts that resonate with clients and audiences. Transform client briefs into powerful creative
concepts.
Art Direction: Provide clear direction and guidance to the design team, ensuring that visual and
creative elements align with the campaign's concept and goals. Maintain a high level of creativity
and attention to detail in all visual materials.
Content Development: Collaborate with copywriters and content creators to develop persuasive and
engaging messaging that communicates the client's brand effectively. Ensure consistency of
messaging across all channels.
Client Collaboration: Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding creative matters. Present
and explain creative concepts, gather client feedback, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet
client expectations.
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and the
quality of work remains consistently high. Balance resources, timelines, and client priorities
effectively.
Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best
practices. Continuously seek innovative ideas and approaches to enhance the agency's creative
offerings.
QualificationsProven Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience preferred in a creative leadership role within
a marketing agency or similar environment.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work, including successful
campaigns, branding projects, and other relevant materials.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into creative solutions
that drive results.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve
outstanding results.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively convey
creative concepts and strategies to both internal teams and clients.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to changing client needs and market
trends.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard design and creative software/tools.
Bachelor Degree: A degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
