Overview
We are looking for a Creative Director - Copy who can lead the voice of the brand across every touch point. This is a senior leadership role for someone who understands storytelling at scale, someone who can think big, write sharp, and craft narratives that influence perception, drive engagement, and build long-term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Copy & Content Function
• Own the brand voice, tonality, and messaging framework across platforms
• Build, mentor, and manage a team of copywriters and content creators
• Drive Integrated Campaign Thinking
• Conceptualize and execute 360° campaigns across:
• Television (TVCs)
• Print (newspapers, magazines)
• Out-of-home (billboards, transit media)
• Digital (performance, social, video)
• Short-form content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Strategic Storytelling
• Translate brand strategy into powerful, insight-led creative ideas
• Develop narratives that resonate with parents, students, and educators
• Creative Leadership
• Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
• Act as a creative gatekeeper ensuring high standards across all outputs
• Content Innovation
• Push boundaries in storytelling formats and content styles
• Stay ahead of cultural, digital, and platform trends
Ideal Candidate
Experience:
• 10+ years in copywriting/content/creative roles
• Background in leading agencies or established brands
• Proven experience across all advertising formats (ATL + BTL + Digital)
• Strong command over English; proficiency in at least one additional Indian language (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu or Tamil or others) is a plus
• Ability to craft both big campaign ideas and sharp tactical copy
• Experience managing teams and driving creative excellence
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
