Role & Responsibilities
- Delivers integrated communications solutions, creative platforms and executions
- Realises the strategic direction and creative vision of the agency
- Works closely with the creative department to develop differentiating and original creative concepts and award-winning creative work to impact a client's business to great effect
- Ensures the best creative resource is allocated to the correct projects by liaising with traffic and project managers
- Takes ownership for the delivery of the client's brand vision
- Creatively supports the effective use of technology and its applications to solve business problems
- Champions, defines and feeds back on the creative process and output; quality of briefs, regular reviews, feedback channels, creative quality and collaboration
- Proactively identifies opportunities to increase depth and breadth of creative work performed for clients, both from an understanding of the clients business and needs, but also from a knowledge of the industry, innovation and competitors
- Leads the creative team through regular work reviews, check-ins, goal planning and training. Mentors direct reports, creates a supportive culture and encourages people to consistently excel
- Identifies opportunities to create high profile blog posts, industry articles, internal presentations, industry presentations
Ideal Candidate
- Strong Art / Creative Director or Marketing Design Leadership Profile
- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 10+ YOE in Graphic Design, Art Direction, Visual Communication, with significant exposure to leading Integrated campaigns across digital and print channels.
- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience across the full creative lifecycle — from brief and concept through execution, production, and final delivery.
- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have deep expertise in digital design — websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, digital ads, interactive content, and UI/UX for marketing touchpoints.
- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have strong knowledge of traditional copywriting and a demonstrated ability to integrate copy and design into cohesive creative output.
- Mandatory (Leadership): Must have experience leading and mentoring a creative/design team — conducting regular work reviews, check-ins, goal planning, training, and building a supportive, collaborative team culture.
- Mandatory (Stakeholder Mgmt): Must be comfortable partnering directly with senior marketing leadership (Sr. Director level — Digital Marketing & Operations), project management leads, and a Global Brand Design Manager to ensure all work meets the highest brand standards.
- Mandatory (Market Exposure): Must have experience working with US / European markets — understanding of Western design sensibilities, brand standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Mandatory (Hands-on Execution): Must be willing and able to step in and design when team capacity is limited, ensuring projects continue moving smoothly.
- Mandatory (Portfolio): Must have a strong portfolio showcasing Marketing Campaigns for large brands across both Digital and Print works
