ktaraa is a premium demi-fine jewellery brand built on elegance, emotion, and modern design. As we enter our next phase, we are repositioning ktaraa into a more luxurious, refined, and globally aspirational brand - across design, visuals, storytelling, campaigns, and customer perception.
We are now looking for a Creative Director Intern who can understand our soulful roots and elevate them into a stronger luxury identity.
This is a vision-led role, not a routine internship.
Role Purpose
You will work directly with the founder to:
- Translate ktaraa's soul into a luxury universe
- Rebuild and refine our visual & creative direction
- Shape how the brand looks, feels, moves, and evolves
- Define the new luxury language of ktaraa
You are not executing tasks you are co-creating the future identity of the brand.
Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Vision & Creative Direction
- Help redefine ktaraa's luxury positioning (mood, tone, elegance, aspiration)
- Build and refine brand aesthetics, moodboards & visual narrative
- Ensure every output aligns with the new luxury direction
2. Luxury Visual Strategy
- Oversee creative ideas for:
- Product shoots
- Campaigns
- Website
- Social media
- Elevate composition, styling, mood, color language, and storytelling
3. Luxury Storytelling & Brand Language
- Shape how the brand speaks luxury through:
- Captions
- Campaign lines
- Brand descriptions
- Website content
- Maintain emotional depth + premium tone
4. Trend & Luxury Market Intelligence
- Track global luxury fashion & jewellery houses
- Study creative directors & campaign storytelling
- Adapt relevant inspirations for ktaraa's identity (not copying)
5. Founder Collaboration & Brand Evolution
- Work 1:1 with the founder on:
- Rebranding direction
- Brand decks
- Vision alignment
- Campaign storytelling
- Act as the creative brain translating vision into reality

Preferred Backgrounds:
Fashion Design, Luxury Brand Management, Visual Communication, Styling, Media, Fine Arts, Branding, Direction, or similar creative fields.
