I. Job Summary
The Creative Director will be a visionary and strategic leader within the Growth Department, responsible for driving user acquisition and brand engagement through high-performing visual and digital content. This role is crucial for defining the creative strategy across all paid channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who combines data-driven creative analysis with exceptional branding expertise to manage and mentor a team of designers while ensuring the highest quality of creative output.

II. Core Responsibilities
The Creative Director will be responsible for the following key functions:
Creative Strategy & Analysis:
- Develop and execute the overarching creative strategy specifically for performance marketing and paid channels (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Lead the function of creative analysis to derive insights from performance data (CTR, CVR, CPA) and translate them into actionable creative hypotheses.
- Champion creative rework and rapid iteration based on performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns.
Digital Marketing Leadership & Execution:
- Own the creative strategy and execution across all digital marketing channels, leveraging a deep understanding of platform-specific best practices, audience targeting, and funnel optimization.
- Ensure all creative initiatives are planned with a strong foundation in digital marketing principles to maximize reach and conversion effectiveness.
Creative Production & Oversight:
- Oversee the end-to-end production of a diverse range of creative assets, including Video Ads, Static Banners, Email Templates, Website Design, and large-scale Brand Campaigns.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with the established brand guidelines and maintains consistent quality across all digital touchpoints.
- Maintain fluency with the latest creative tools and software to streamline the design process and maintain production efficiency.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, fostering a culture of high performance, experimentation, and professional growth.
- Conduct regular creative reviews and provide constructive feedback to elevate the team's skills and the quality of their deliverables.
Branding & Consistency:
- Own and enforce all aspects of branding across digital assets, ensuring visual identity is strong, cohesive, and compelling.
III. Required Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Candidates graduated from NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) are strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior-level creative or art direction role, preferably focused on performance marketing and digital acquisition. (Years of experience are flexible, but a robust portfolio demonstrating high-impact work is mandatory).
Mandatory Skills:
- Expertise in creative analysis and interpreting data to drive design decisions.
- Deep understanding and practical experience in all aspects of digital branding.
- Demonstrated ability in creative rework and rapid iteration cycles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in digital marketing creative strategy.
IV. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Prior successful experience working in the e-commerce industry.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Direct experience with A/B testing platforms and tools used for creative experimentation.
V. Compensation
- CTC: Up to 15 LPA (Negotiable for exceptional candidates)
