About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Director to support AI model evaluation initiatives focused on creativity, storytelling, and brand-led communication. In this role, you will assess AI-generated creative outputs across visual concepts, campaigns, narratives, and brand messaging, helping improve how AI models reason about originality, tone, and audience impact.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and evaluate AI-generated creative concepts, brand narratives, and campaign ideas.
• Review AI outputs for originality, emotional resonance, and alignment with creative briefs.
• Assess consistency in tone, voice, and brand identity across AI-generated content.
• Analyze AI-generated visuals and copy for clarity, creativity, and cultural relevance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI creativity, ideation depth, and storytelling quality.

Requirements

• Background in creative direction, advertising, branding, or content strategy.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, visual language, and creative frameworks.
• Ability to critically evaluate creative quality and brand alignment.
• Experience working across digital, visual, and narrative formats is a plus.
• Interest in shaping next-generation AI creative intelligence.

NOTE: This will be a flexible freelancing opportunity. Pay will vary by project and typically is up to 1500 per hour.
