This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Director at our Hyderabad location. The Creative Director will lead the creative vision for projects while overseeing branding, creative strategies, and art direction. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring the creative team, collaborating with clients to develop innovative solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual and strategic content.

• Proven expertise in Creative Direction, with a strong ability to conceptualize and realize compelling creative concepts.
• Experience in Creative Strategy development and a deep understanding of trends in the creative and media landscape.
• Strong capabilities in Branding and Art Direction, with a portfolio showcasing successful brand strategies and impactful campaigns.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design, with a keen eye for visuals, layouts, and typography.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a creative team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, coupled with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role and familiarity with the creative agency or production house model is a plus.
