Creative Director

About the Role

At Astrotalk, content isn't just about aestheticsit's about impact. We're looking for a Creative Director who can take complete ownership of content creation for performance ads, especially short-form, creator-led, and conversion-focused content.

This role sits at the intersection of creative, execution, and performance, so a strong understanding of what works on ads and social platforms is key. This role is ideal for someone who understands how content drives installs, leads, and engagement, and can execute ideas end to end, from scripting to shooting to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Own End-to-End Content Production: From idea script shoot final output for performance ads.

* Ad-First Ideation: Crack scroll-stopping ideas for Google and Meta Ads, keeping hooks, formats, and CTAs in mind.

* Scripting & Copywriting: Write ad scripts and social copy yourself, or guide copywriters with clear direction

* Creator & Shoot Execution: Coordinate shoots with in-house teams, creators, actors or astrologers, ensuring fast, efficient execution.

* Performance Alignment: Collaborate closely with performance marketing teams to create content that's data-backed and conversion-focused.

* Trend Awareness: Stay on top of content trends, ad formats, and creator styles.

What We're Looking For

* 2-5 years prior experience producing content for performance ads.

* Strong understanding of what works in ads (hooks, storytelling, conversions).

* Good copywriting skills, especially for short-form ads and social content.

* Comfortable managing shoots and driving execution independently.

* Basic editing skills OR strong editorial sense and understanding of post-production.

* Someone who can get things done end to end, not just ideate.
