Creative Designer (Video & Graphics)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer (Video & Graphics) to produce high-quality visual content across video and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys storytelling through video while also creating engaging graphic content for marketing and communication needs.

• Editing both long-form videos (interviews, product demos, event recaps, webinars) and short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts) with a dynamic and engaging style.
• Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, and subtitles using Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent tools
• Create motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
• Perform basic color correction, sound balancing, and trimming for smooth playback
• Design graphics for social media, presentations, and marketing collateral (using Figma or similar tools)
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all video and design deliverables
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand creative requirements and deliver high-quality output

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Arts and Communications, Multimedia, or related fields
• 13 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of pacing, sequencing, and storytelling
• High attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently (including remote coordination)
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Must use tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Figma, Experience with emerging AI-powered design tools (eg. - Midjourney)

Bonus skills: 3d rendering, Webflow, Photography

We design and build in our factory in Bangalore, which requires a lot of to and fro amongst team members. We're non-remote and are searching for someone who can join our office in Bangalore, with a hybrid option available upon mutual agreement.
