Creative Designer

Role Summary

We are looking for a Creative Design Lead to drive interior design concepts and execution for high-end residential homes. The role requires strong design conceptualization, hands-on detailing, and close coordination with site teams to ensure flawless execution aligned with the Vianaar aesthetic.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Propose Interior layouts for residential homes.
• Make concepts for interior architecture keeping the VIANAAR aesthetic.
• Work with the lead designer to finalize the entire concept and look and feel of home.
• Create ceiling designs, lighting concepts, wall elevations.
• Design Bathrooms and select materials, washbasins and fixtures and fittings.
• Propose flooring designs and make flooring presentations for clients.
• Propose cabinetry designs including doors, kitchens and vanity counters.
• Create a full package of design inputs and concepts for working drawings.
• Check and review final designs and drawings.
• Work with the site team for selection and approval of samples.
• Intermittent Site visits to ensure work is happening as per design and to approve all samples.
