Role Summary
We are looking for a Creative Design Lead to drive interior design concepts and execution for high-end residential homes. The role requires strong design conceptualization, hands-on detailing, and close coordination with site teams to ensure flawless execution aligned with the Vianaar aesthetic.
Roles and Responsibilities
Propose Interior layouts for residential homes.Make concepts for interior architecture keeping the VIANAAR aesthetic.Work with the lead designer to finalize the entire concept and look and feel of home.Create ceiling designs, lighting concepts, wall elevations.Design Bathrooms and select materials, washbasins and fixtures and fittings.Propose flooring designs and make flooring presentations for clients.Propose cabinetry designs including doors, kitchens and vanity counters.Create a full package of design inputs and concepts for working drawings.Check and review final designs and drawings.Work with the site team for selection and approval of samples.Intermittent Site visits to ensure work is happening as per design and to approve all samples.Stay updated with the latest design trends in the market
