About the RoleWe are looking for a Founding Creative Designer to join our SF-based AI stealth startup. This role is ideal for a multidisciplinary creative who can design, visualize, and communicate ideas that shape brand and product identity. You will work directly with the founding team to craft visuals that represent cutting-edge AI work in a simple, powerful way.
Responsibilities- Conceptualize and execute design projects across digital platforms.
- Create visual assets for marketing, product UI, and community engagement.
- Design graphics, presentations, and short-form content using Canva and Figma.
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, product launches, or storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and founders to align design with product vision.
- Maintain brand consistency and evolve design language as the startup scales.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of design or creative production experience.
- Strong command of Figma, Canva, and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Understanding of motion design, color theory, and typography.
- Ability to ideate visually and communicate design rationale clearly.
- Curiosity to experiment, iterate fast, and work in a high-speed startup setup.
- Based in or open to working from Indiranagar, Bengaluru.
