About The Role
The Creative Designer will be responsible for understanding requirements, visualizing concepts, and creating high-quality graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts, and other visual assets. You will shape the visual identity of game thumbnail banners, in-app alert banners, carousel banners, landing pages, promotional creatives, and more. Your designs should be engaging, on-brand, and aligned with industry standards. A strong sense of creativity and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals are essential.
What You'll Be Doing
- Understand design briefs and translate them into clear creative concepts
- Develop innovative visual solutions that align with project goals and target users
- Create and present drafts, incorporating feedback effectively and efficiently
- Produce polished illustrations, logos, and other graphic assets that follow brand guidelines
- Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive outcomes
- Benchmark visual approaches against competitors and industry trends to maintain high standards
- Adapt quickly to feedback, refine designs, and continuously elevate creative quality
- Ensure all final outputs are visually compelling, consistent, and audience-focused
What You'll Bring
- 35 years of professional experience in graphic design
- A strong and versatile portfolio demonstrating expertise in illustrations, branding, visual layouts, and overall design execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (knowledge of After Effects and Figma is a plus, but not mandatory)
- Understanding of animation or GIF creation is a plus, not a core requirement
- Strong knowledge of AI-based design tools and prompt writing is a must
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, visual hierarchy, color theory, and attention to detail
- Strong communication, collaboration, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is an added advantage
