Role Summary
You'll be the visual storyteller for MyYogaTeacher, creating high-impact design across social platforms, ads, and website channels. You'll translate marketing strategies into visually compelling campaigns that inspire, engage, and convert a global audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design static and motion creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Quora, Pinterest, YouTube, website banners, and ad campaigns.
- Create posts, carousels, reels, GIFs, thumbnails, and Lottie animations.
- Optimize designs for platform-specific formats and mobile-first experiences.
- Translate marketing briefs into engaging, on-brand campaigns.
- Use data and engagement metrics to refine and improve creative output.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Build reusable templates and asset libraries for story emailers, carousels, LinkedIn posts, and other assets to improve speed and consistency.
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Reporting & Team: Provide regular updates on creative performance, participate actively in team meetings, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows and campaign outcome.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
- Engagement rates (likes, shares, comments, saves) across social platforms.
- CTR and conversion rates on social media ads and website banners.
- Timely delivery of high-quality creatives across campaigns.
- Growth in brand recognition and follower engagement.
- Successful execution of campaigns that meet marketing objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in startups, wellness, lifestyle, or digital brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand, digital, and marketing design excellence.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
- Experience with Lottie animation, GIF creation, and short-form video editing (reels, snippets).
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools: Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALLE 3, Ideogram, Leonardo.ai.
- Knowledge of social media ads, website banners, landing pages, and thumbnails.
- Strong grasp of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, brand consistency, and accessibility.

- Quickly understand MyYogaTeacher's brand, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Audit current creatives, campaigns, and social metrics.
- Set up design tools, workflows, and asset libraries.
- Start contributing small but high-quality design tasks (posts, carousels, thumbnails).
Month 2 Execute & Experiment
- Take full ownership of ongoing campaigns.
- Create platform-optimized static and motion content (reels, GIFs, Lottie animations).
- Collaborate closely with marketing/product teams for aligned campaigns.
- Experiment with AI tools for faster, creative output.
- Track metrics and iterate designs based on engagement.
- Start building reusable templates for story emailers, carousels, LinkedIn posts, and other assets to improve speed and consistency.
Month 3 Lead & Optimize
- Lead creative direction on campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Finalize and expand the library of reusable templates and assets.
- Optimize visuals using performance data for engagement and conversions.
- Present wins, insights, and improvement plans to leadership.
- Deliver consistent, high-impact creatives that elevate the brand globally.
