A global e-commerce distribution partner is Looking for:

Creative Designer

Medium Creative quality and conversion-focused design directly influence partner sales performance on Amazon underperforming assets have a measurable impact on partner revenue and, by extension, retention of the partner relationship.

Impact: Organization

Sole individual contributor, based in India reports to the Business Development Manager and coordinates directly with Business Development and Marketing stakeholders in Canada and Europe, and with the E-Commerce Manager on Shopify/DTC work. No directs reports.

Impact: Reputation

Assets appear directly on partner brand storefronts and listings inconsistent quality or off-brand execution is externally visible to partners and their end customers.

Impact: Reach

Multi-market (CA, US, EU, MENA Amazon marketplaces) supports 20+ brand partner accounts concurrently across those regions.

Communication: Internal

Reports to and receives direction from the Canada-based Business Development Manager coordinates directly with Business Development and Marketing stakeholders in Canada and Europe on briefs, priority, and timelines, working across time zones with a mix of live overlap and async handoff.

Communication: External

Participates in creative reviews and approval cycles with brand partner stakeholders, typically facilitated by the Business Development Manager.

Role Overview

The Creative Designer is responsible for producing the visual assets that shape how the company's brand partners appear on Amazon across North America, Europe, and MENA, including product gallery images, A+ Content, Brand Store design, and advertising creative. This is a fully remote, India-based role reporting to the Business Development Manager and working directly with Business Development and Marketing stakeholders in Canada and Europe. The role exists to give partner brands a professional, conversion-focused presence across multiple Amazon marketplaces and to support the Business Development team in delivering on partner growth commitments.

Amazon partner creative is the primary focus of this role on an as-needed basis, the creative designer also provides support in UI/UX design for the company's Shopify-based DTC sites and occasional visual updates to the corporate website, working closely with the E-commerce Manager on these requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design product gallery images for partner listings, meeting Amazon image specifications and each partner's brand guidelines
  • Design and build A+ Content modules for partner product detail pages
  • Design and update Amazon Brand Store layouts, navigation, and imagery for assigned partners
  • Create static and video creative for Amazon Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display ad campaigns
  • Review all assets against Amazon's content and image policies before publishing, to avoid listing suppression or ad rejection
  • Translate briefs from the Business Development Manager into design direction for each partner
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables for all partners based on their brand guidelines
  • Manage multiple concurrent partner projects and deadlines
  • Iterate on creative based on partner feedback and listing performance (conversion rate, click-through rate)
  • Maintain an organized, version-controlled asset library for all partner deliverables
  • Adapt creative assets for regional requirements across US, Canada, EU, and MENA Amazon marketplaces, including language, layout, and cultural considerations
  • On an as-needed basis, create visual assets and provide support in UI/UX design for Shopify-based DTC sites.
  • Support occasional visual updates to the corporate website as needed

Required Knowledge And Experience


  • 2-4 years of graphic design experience, ideally including e-commerce or Amazon marketplace creative
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) working knowledge of After Effects or Premiere Pro for ad video assets is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central creative requirements: image specs, A+ Content modules, Brand Store builder, and Sponsored Ads creative specs
  • Understanding of Amazon's content, image, and advertising policies, and how to design within them
  • Experience designing for conversion in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer context
  • Ability to work from multiple partner brand guideline documents and switch between distinct visual identities
  • Awareness of regional differences across Amazon marketplaces (US, CA, EU, MENA), including localization, layout, and cultural design considerations experience with Arabic/RTL creative is an asset
  • Comfortable working async and collaborating live across Canada, Europe, and India time zones
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent) for UI/UX design: wireframing, new page/section layout, and interactive prototyping for e-commerce websites working knowledge of responsive/mobile-first design principles comfort presenting and iterating on UX concepts with a non-designer stakeholder

  • Catches spec, spelling, and policy-compliance errors before assets go live, where a small miss can suppress a listing or reject an ad.
  • Maintains consistency across a partner's full asset set (gallery, A+ Content, Store, ads).

Time Management & Prioritization:


  • Manages concurrent projects across 20+ partner accounts in multiple markets without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines.
  • Flags capacity or timeline conflicts early rather than letting them surface as missed deadlines.

Brand Adherence:


  • Applies each partner's brand guidelines accurately, even when switching between several partners in the same day.
  • Knows when to flag a conflict between a partner's brand guidelines and Amazon's creative requirements.

Collaboration & Communication:


  • Works closely with the Business Development Manager to clarify briefs and incorporate partner feedback, and with the E-commerce Manager on Shopify/DTC requests.
  • Explains design decisions and trade-offs clearly to non-designers.

Adaptability:


  • Responds to shifting priorities and last-minute partner requests without losing quality.
  • Adjusts quickly when Amazon changes creative specs or content policies.
  • Comfortable working a shifted schedule to maintain live overlap with both Canada and Europe-based colleagues.
