As our Creative Brand Designer, you will be the driving force behind CREX's brand identity and creative campaigns. You'll blend art direction, design, animation, and brand communication to craft visuals that excite fans and make CREX stand out on the App Store, Play Store, and across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve CREX's visual identity across app, web, and marketing channels.
• Create high-impact App Store & Play Store creatives (screenshots, banners, preview videos).
• Design engaging campaigns and digital ad assets that speak to cricket fans.
• Use animation and motion graphics to bring stories and features to life.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and execute creative campaign concepts.
• Ensure consistent brand communication and design language across all touch points.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in brand design/Art direction / Creative design.
• Strong portfolio with brand campaigns, animated/motion work, and app marketing creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Prior experience designing App Store / Play Store creatives is a must.
• Passion for cricket and sports culture.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong storytelling mindset in design & brand communication.
• Understanding of sports marketing trends and fan engagement.
• Bonus: UI/UX awareness for mobile-first design.
