Job Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer with 3+ years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of visual design, content writing, and video editing skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling creatives across multiple digital platforms.

This role requires someone who can translate brand ideas into engaging visuals and content that drive impact, brand recall, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing creative designs for digital and offline platforms including social media, websites, landing pages, ads, presentations, and marketing collaterals.
• Develop engaging content copies for creatives, campaigns, social media posts, emails, and brand communication.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos including promotional videos, reels, short-form content, explainers, and campaign creatives.
• Conceptualize and execute end-to-end creative campaigns aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and content teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact creatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design, content, and video assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, video formats, and content styles relevant to digital platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Creative Design (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma or similar tools).
• Proficiency in Video Editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Excellent content writing skills with the ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive copies.
• Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and visual communication.
• Experience creating content for social media, performance marketing, and digital campaigns.
• Good eye for detail, layout, typography, color, and aesthetics.
• Ability to think creatively and convert ideas into impactful designs and videos.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in creative design, video editing, and content writing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design, video, and content work is mandatory.
