We are looking for a Creative Designer & Developer to create engaging, interactive, and high-impact rich media ad formats for digital campaigns.
This role involves working closely with the onshore team and the internal Creative Operations team to produce, adapt, and deliver high-quality ad creatives based on approved designs and technical specifications.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering digital ad creatives, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, platform requirements, and campaign timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive rich media ads (HTML5, expandable banners, video ads, etc.)
- Translate static designs into dynamic, responsive and engaging digital experiences
- Collaborate with designers, campaign managers and developers to ensure creative and technical alignment
- Optimize creatives for performance, load time and cross-platform compatibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or rendering issues across browsers and devices
- Ensure all deliverables meet platform guidelines and specifications (e.g., ad servers, publishers)
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative Briefing
- Receive and review client briefs, creative assets and technical specifications
- Understand campaign objectives, ad formats and platform requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams to clarify creative and technical requirements
Creative Design & Development
- Design and develop static, GIF, HTML5, and rich media ad units
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines and platform specifications
- Translate campaign concepts into visually engaging digital ad formats
Interactive & Video Integration
- Integrate animations, interactive elements and video assets into ad creatives
- Develop interactive or gamified experiences when required
- Optimize creatives for cross-device compatibility (mobile, desktop, tablet)
Quality Assurance
Perform Thorough QA Checks, Including
- Ad dimensions and file size
- Click tags and tracking
- Animation performance
- Video playback and interactivity
Revision & Versioning
- Implement revisions based on client and internal feedback
- Manage multiple versions across different sizes and formats
- Maintain proper version control and documentation
Delivery & Reporting
- Deliver finalized creatives within defined SLAs
- Track delivery progress and update internal dashboards or status reports

Design Tools
- Adobe Photoshop (Required)
- Adobe Illustrator (Optional)
- Adobe After Effects (Optional)
Web Technologies
Rich Media Platforms (Good to Have)
- Bonzai or similar platforms
Required Skills
Adobe Photoshop Expertise
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for digital and rich media asset creation
- Ability to work with and modify layered PSD files while maintaining structure
- Experience adapting creatives into multiple sizes and formats
- Skilled in asset extraction and export for HTML5 and rich media development
- Understanding of web-ready asset preparation and file size optimization
General Skills
- Understanding of digital advertising formats and specifications
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 animation and interactive ad development
- Strong attention to detail and QA processes
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, social creatives, and campaign work

Shift Details
- Australian shift: 3:30 AM IST / 4:30 AM IST (subject to business requirements)
- Location: Hyderabad (Work from office—all 5 days)
