We are seeking a talented creative designer. You will create hi-end creative designs from scratch & deliver diverse projects of digital design. The designer is to create assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including advertising, emails, social media and interactive displays. Will be working on software like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premier Pro. You'll be responsible for producing content that matches the brand's aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners (Static and GIFs), and promotional artworks, e-commerce content etc.

Responsibilities of Designer:

Champion of brand's visual guidelines and identity quickly and apply it as a lens across all the creative work you produce

Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

Use the appropriate colours and layouts for each graphic

Collaborate with business leader, copywriters and content manager to produce final design to ensure that all designs align with the brand image

Prepare briefs for each project and presenting design ideas to the relevant stakeholders.

Adapt graphics across various formats and placements

Amend designs after feedback

Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Designer Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, digital design, graphic design, or related field

5+ years as a professional designer

Proven experience in a professional digital design role

A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity

Solid knowledge of design software, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite

Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects

A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills

Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
