(Hybrid Module) (4 Days WFO, 1 Day WFH) EMEA Shift-2.00PM to 11.00PM

Are you passionate about digital advertising and love turning ideas into engaging creatives

We're looking for a Creative Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with sales & client teams to bring campaigns to life.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years experience in advertising / marketing / design
• Strong hands-on skills in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Motion design knowledge in Adobe Animate
• Basic video editing (After Effects & Media Encoder)
• Understanding of HTML5 / Google Web Designer is a plus
• Excellent communication & attention to detail
• Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality

What You'll Do

• Design high-quality ad creatives across multiple formats
• Understand and interpret design briefs with precision
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign goals
• Ensure on-time and accurate delivery of campaign files
• Review creatives for quality and brand alignment
• Suggest process improvements for efficiency
