Job Description

Role Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer Specialist (Digital Creative Designer) is responsible for producing high-quality digital assets that support marketing campaigns, web platforms, and brand initiatives. This role ensures visual consistency, creative excellence, and rapid asset production to meet high-volume digital demands.

This is a hands-on creative role supporting enterprise marketing and digital engagement efforts.

What They Will Create

The Digital Creative Designer will design and deliver:

  • Website graphics and visual UI assets
  • Campaign banners, landing page visuals, and promotional creatives
  • Social media graphics and digital advertisements
  • Email marketing visuals and multimedia content
  • Infographics, presentations, and branded digital collateral
  • Lightweight motion graphics and multimedia assets (as required)

Their work directly supports brand visibility, customer engagement, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Asset Production
  • Design compelling web and digital marketing visuals.
  • Create scalable graphics aligned with responsive standards.
  • Produce assets optimized for performance across digital platforms.
  • Brand Governance
  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
  • Maintain consistency across campaigns and digital properties.
  • Contribute to evolving digital brand systems.
  • High-Output Creative Support
  • Deliver assets in fast-paced, high-volume marketing environments.
  • Support campaign launches with quick turnaround creative materials.
  • Collaborate with marketing, UX, and content teams to meet deadlines.
  • Creative Strategy & Conceptualization
  • Translate briefs into strong visual concepts.
  • Apply design thinking principles to solve communication challenges.
  • Present and articulate creative rationale to stakeholders.

Experience Requirements

  • Adobe Creative Suite: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign required; After Effects preferred)
  • Graphic Design: 8+ years of professional experience in digital and marketing design
  • Design Fundamentals: 8+ years applying typography, color theory, layout principles, and composition techniques
  • Visual Conceptualization: 8+ years developing creative concepts from brief to final execution
  • Design Thinking: 8+ years applying user-centered design methodologies and problem-solving frameworks
  • Brand, Campaign & Marketing Design: 8+ years creating brand-aligned assets across digital campaigns and marketing channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in high-volume marketing environments
  • Familiarity with Figma or collaborative design platforms
  • Understanding of web optimization and responsive design principles
  • Exposure to multimedia and motion design tools
