Role Overview
The Delivery Operations Team Lead is responsible for developing and managing B2B digital content to support business objectives. This role focuses on the creation, adaptation, and execution of creative content including videos, visuals, and gamification elements in alignment with campaign briefs, brand guidelines, legal requirements, and overall digital strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the organization's B2B Digital Channel Strategy and campaign priorities.
- Create, adapt, and deliver B2B digital content includingvideos, visuals, and gamificationas per campaign briefs.
- Develop retailer education videos, customer engagement clips, and interactive gamified content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and approval processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet digital content requirements for end markets.
- Utilize translation tools and coordinate with proofreaders to localize content for multiple languages.
- Manage timely upload and maintenance of content on B2B platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce/Magento).
- Ensure deliverables meet SLAs and business objectives across digital touchpoints.

- Knowledge ofB2B/CRM platformsfor content upload (Adobe Commerce/Magento)
- Experience withSalesforce Marketing Cloudand Social Media CRM
- Strong working knowledge ofMicrosoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
