We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Creative Head to lead the creative strategy and
output across all brands and client engagements. The ideal candidate will own the overall creative
direction, ensure consistency in brand communication, and drive impactful campaigns across
digital and offline channels. This role demands strong leadership, a sharp creative eye, and the
ability to translate business and marketing objectives into compelling creative solutions while
managing and mentoring a high-performing creative team.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Strategy:
Lead and define the overall creative vision across design, campaigns, and brand
communication.
Ensure strong alignment between brand strategy, creative output, and business objectives.
Drive innovation and originality across all creative deliverables.
2. Team Management:
Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, video editors, and copywriters.
Set clear goals, workflows, and quality benchmarks for the creative team.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure high standards of output and continuous skill development.
3. Brand Identity & Execution:
Oversee ideation, execution, and consistency of visual and verbal identity across all brands.
Ensure brand guidelines are followed and evolved where required.
Review and approve key creative assets across campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing
collateral.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with strategy, marketing, and digital teams to deliver high-impact creative
solutions.
Translate campaign briefs and strategic inputs into compelling creative concepts.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery of creative
projects.
5. Quality Control & Delivery:
Ensure all creative outputs meet quality, timeline, and brand standards.
Balance creativity with practicality while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in creative roles, preferably with agency or brand-side
leadership exposure.
Hands on experience on tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign,
Figma, Canva (Pro), Adobe Premiere, Pro Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, (good to
have)DaVinci Resolve / Cap Cut.
Proven experience in leading creative teams and managing end-to-end creative
execution.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, campaigns, and integrated marketing
creatives.
Excellent understanding of design, storytelling, and visual communication principles.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to think strategically while maintaining hands-on involvement when required.
