About the Role

As a Creative Designer, you'll shape how RISE looks across every marketing touchpoint. You'll design ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns, build assets for our outreach channels, and support the visual needs of webinars and admissions events, working closely with the growth team so your designs are judged on how well they perform, not just how they look. Reporting to the Head of Growth, Engineering and Automations.

Responsibilities

Design static and video ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads across multiple markets
Produce creative variants quickly for A/B testing
Create assets for email, landing pages, brochures, and the Early Admissions Report
Design collateral for webinars and admissions events, including decks and banners
Maintain visual consistency across the RISE brand
Manage multiple design requests at once against deadlines tied to cohort application windows

You're a Fit If You Have

2 to 4 years designing for digital marketing, with direct Meta and Google Ads experience
A portfolio showing ad creatives, social content, and event or brochure design
Strong knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects a plus)
Familiarity with Meta and Google's platform-specific creative specs
Comfort working fast, with deadlines tied to admissions cycles
