Role Description:
We're looking for a sharp, creative Copywriter who understands how to blend performance with personality. If you can write copies that convert, retain, and entertain, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write high-converting ad copies for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
- Create retention-focused communication (email, WhatsApp, push notifications, CRM campaigns)
- Develop engaging, witty, and relatable content with a strong sense of humour
- Craft scroll-stopping captions for social media platforms
- Collaborate with design and performance teams to create cohesive campaigns
- Continuously test and optimise copies based on performance metrics
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in copywriting
- Strong understanding of performance marketing & ad psychology
- Ability to write across formats: ads, captions, retention, and brand content
- A natural flair for humour, relatability, and sharp messaging
- Prior experience in social media/content creation is preferred
- Ability to adapt tone across different audiences and platforms
