Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, creative, data-backed Copywriter who can take full ownership of Ghar Mandir's brand communication across all platforms.
From crafting punchy ad headlines that convert to writing soul-stirring WhatsApp messages and SEO-rich landing pages this is a high-impact role for someone who lives at the intersection of creativity, trends, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Voice Ownership: Define, refine, and evolve the Ghar Mandir tone of voice across touchpoints (Website, App, Social, Ads, CRM).
- Performance-driven Copy: Write and test content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp campaigns, Emailers, and landing pages with clear CTAs..
- Trendspotting: Track keyword trends, social memes, cultural moments, and spiritual events and translate them into timely, resonant communication.
- Content Strategy Execution: Work alongside marketing and product teams to ensure consistent storytelling across the user journey from awareness to retention.
- Analytics-Backed Iteration: Use campaign and page-level data to test, optimize, and refine copy for better CTRs, conversions, and engagement.
- Creative Brainstorming: Contribute fresh campaign ideas, emotional narratives, and out-of-the-box formats that deepen user connection and virality.
Requirements
- 25 years of experience in copywriting, preferably in a startup, D2C, or performance-led marketing setup.
- Exceptional writing skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience managing content end-to-end from long-form blogs to snappy push notifications.
- Hands-on understanding of tools like Google Trends, Meta Ads Library, or SEMrush for trend & keyword analysis.
- Ability to juggle emotional storytelling and sharp commercial copy, based on context.
- Deep interest in spirituality, culture, or devotional content is a big plus.
