About This Role
The Content Lead is a creative director role, not a content manager role.
You will own how NOOE shows up in culture building campaigns that
spread, creating the visual and narrative identity of the brand online,
and finding the angles that make people stop scrolling and pay attention.
This requires a genuine understanding of how attention works on the
internet. Not best practices. Not a content calendar. An instinct for
what makes something travel.
We are looking for an outlier thinker. Someone with a distinctive
creative voice, unconventional ideas, and a hunger to build something
that gets noticed. If your answers sound like everyone else's, this
isn't the right fit.
Years of experience do not matter. A 22-year-old with one viral campaign
is more interesting to us than a decade of brand management. Show us
what you can do.
What You'll Own
Viral content and campaign ideation the big ideas
Creative direction: visual identity, formats, tone across platforms
Organic reach: Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn quality over volume
Brand storytelling aligned with product launches and milestones
Coordination with founders on brand narrative and positioning
What We're Looking For
A distinctive creative voice your work should feel like yours
Understanding of why content spreads, not just how to make it
Premium brand instinct you know the difference between viral for
a streetwear brand and viral for a premium design brand
Strong writer your application will be the first proof of this
Ownership: you've directed or created work that drove real outcomes
