About the Role

We're not looking for someone who just makes content. We're looking for a storyteller, a trend-spotter, and a scroll-stopper. Someone who wakes up with ideas and can't wait to bring them to life on screen.

You'll be the creative engine behind our social presence — crafting videos that don't just look good, but actually make people feel something and hit that Follow button.

What You'll Own

• Ideate, script, shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Develop content concepts, write punchy scripts and build storyboards that bring campaigns to life
• Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats and audio trends
• Collaborate with the marketing team to make sure every piece of content ladders up to the brand story
• Track performance metrics, learn what's working and keep evolving the strategy

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation
• Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera-based)
• Good understanding of platform-specific content formats and audience behavior
• Creative thinking with the ability to execute ideas quickly and independently
