You'll be the creative engine behind our social presence — crafting videos that don't just look good, but actually make people feel something and hit that Follow button.
What You'll Own
- Ideate, script, shoot and edit short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, YouTube & LinkedIn
- Develop content concepts, write punchy scripts and build storyboards that bring campaigns to life
- Stay ahead of platform trends, viral formats and audio trends
- Collaborate with the marketing team to make sure every piece of content ladders up to the brand story
- Track performance metrics, learn what's working and keep evolving the strategy
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in social media content creation
- Strong video shooting and editing skills (mobile or camera-based)
- Good understanding of platform-specific content formats and audience behavior
- Creative thinking with the ability to execute ideas quickly and independently
