StapuBox is building the world's first sports networking platform: connecting players, coaches, and organisers to discover, play, and grow together.
We are looking for a Creative Associate who can conceptualise and execute performance-driven visual communication across paid ads, product demos, and short-form digital content.
What will you own
- Create high-converting static and video ads for Meta, Google, and other paid channels.
- Conceptualise and produce short-form video creatives for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms.
- Build compelling product demo videos showcasing real user flows across web and mobile.
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks and creative variations for structured A/B testing.
- Blend AI-generated visuals, product footage, and motion graphics into performance-ready assets.
- Deliver production-ready creatives aligned with CAC, CTR, and install targets.
- Maintain a structured creative asset library and organised production workflow.
- Collaborate with growth, product, and founders to ensure creative-performance alignment.
Your Primary Goal
- Ship 8-12 high-quality performance creatives per week across formats.
- Improve key ad metrics through creative testing and iteration.
- Build repeatable AI-assisted creative production systems.
- Translate product features into compelling, user-facing narratives.
- Contribute directly to user acquisition and growth outcomes.
You Should be
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital creative, advertising, or performance marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Comfortable creating ads backed by metrics, not just aesthetics.
- Familiar with paid media formats and platform-native best practices.
- Already using AI tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, ChatGPT, etc.) in your workflow.
- Organised with files, naming conventions, and documentation for handoff.
- Proactive and able to iterate quickly based on feedback and data.
We'd Prefer If You Have
- Prior experience creating paid performance ads for startups or digital brands.
- Experience building product demo or explainer videos for tech platforms.
- Understanding of funnel metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPI, and CAC.
- Familiarity with AI voiceovers, motion enhancement, or upscaling tools.
- Interest in sports, communities, or consumer-facing tech products.
