Purpose of the Job

As part of our continued growth, we're expanding ourConcept Designcapability, building a team of talented creatives who will shape the future of retail through innovative and strategic design solutions.

We're looking for aConcept Design Visualiserwith energy and a desire to learn. You'll support the design team by visualisingpermanent retail displays, turning ideas into visuals that make people stop, look, and feel.

Help create impactful, brand-led display experiences for global names in beauty, lifestyle, and FMCG, learning from a talented team of designers, and engineers along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Visualise and develop creative concepts forpermanent retail displaysand fixtures.
• Produce3D visuals that bring concepts to life.
• Work closely withsenior designers, client engagement, and engineersto turn ideas into real-world solutions.
• Support the design team helping communicate design intent clearly and confidently.
• Support latest sell in documents and catalogues.
• Support creative tasks, adapting to feedback and evolving project needs.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Adegreein Product, Industrial, Furniture, or 3D Design (or related discipline).
• A portfolio that shows yourcreative processfrom sketch to finished concept.
• Hands-on experience or coursework related topermanent POS or retail display design.
• Proficiency in3D CAD software(Cinema 4D preferred) andAdobe Creative Suite.
• An eye forform, and function through visuals.
• Excellentattention to detailand visual skills.
• Strongcommunication skills, you can understand the brief, explain your ideas clearly and welcome feedback.
