About the Role
We're looking for a visionary Creative Director – Art to lead and elevate the visual language of our campaigns. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling creative concepts, mentoring art teams, and delivering high-impact work across brands and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the art direction and visual storytelling across campaigns (digital, print, film, social).
- Translate brand strategy into innovative, visually striking ideas.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process from concept to execution.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and design excellence across all touchpoints.
- Present ideas and concepts confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide Art Directors, Designers, and Junior Creatives.
- Stay updated with design trends, cultural shifts, and emerging technologies (including AI tools).
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in advertising/creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns and visual craft.
- Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects.
- Expertise in design, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools and modern production techniques.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
Good to Have
- Experience working on 360° campaigns.
- Exposure to film/video production.
- Awards or recognition in creative festivals.
- Strong understanding of digital-first and social content.
