Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Cramer OSS Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Cramer OSS (Operations Support System) framework to support telecom service provisioning and network management.

Customization & Configuration:

  • Tailor Cramer modules including inventory management, service fulfillment, and network planning to match client-specific needs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with network engineers, business analysts, and system architects to translate technical and business requirements into scalable OSS implementations.

Integration Development:

  • Build workflows, scripts, and connectors to integrate Cramer with external platforms (CRM, billing, provisioning systems) using CORBA, XML, and SOAP.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

  • Conduct comprehensive system validation, testing, and issue resolution to ensure application performance, stability, and compliance with SLAs.

Deployment & Support:

  • Assist with software deployment, upgrades, patches, and provide Level 2/3 support, ensuring timely resolution of user-reported incidents.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and operational procedures following organizational standards and change control protocols.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Keep abreast of Cramer suite updates and enhancements, and recommend improvements to increase operational efficiency and service quality.

Team Enablement:

  • Participate in knowledge sharing, code reviews, and OSS/BSS training sessions to elevate team capabilities.
