Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Data Management
- Maintain facility master data in CMMS (Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Configure dashboards, reports, and system views
- Implement system updates and ensure data accuracy
- Serve as CMMS support contact across regions
- Train users on CMMS processes and tools
Work Order & Maintenance Management
- Manage end-to-end work order lifecycle
- Monitor preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and execution
- Track MTBF, MTTR, downtime, and repair trends
- Analyze scheduled vs unscheduled maintenance activities
- Support development of maintenance task plans and checklists
Asset & Inventory Management
- Maintain asset lifecycle records and performance data
- Manage inventory, reorder levels, and spare parts tracking
- Establish item coding, vendor mapping, and utilization tracking
- Support inventory audits, returns, and optimization
Labor & Cost Tracking
- Track labor utilization and costs across work orders and assets
- Ensure proper resource mapping and scheduling
- Support cost analysis for maintenance and repair activities
Reporting & Analytics
- Develop KPI dashboards and monthly performance reports
- Analyze trends in asset performance and maintenance efficiency
- Present insights and recommendations to management
- Track compliance against operational benchmarks
Process & Procedure Management
- Define standard operating procedures (SOPs) for CMMS usage
- Maintain task libraries and procedure documentation
- Ensure consistent application of maintenance workflows
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
System Integration & Projects
- Assist in CMMS integration with other enterprise tools
- Support system enhancements and special projects
- Collaborate with facility teams on operational improvements
