This is a full-time hybrid role for a Craftsperson based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The Craftsperson will be responsible for designing, creating, and finishing handcrafted items using a variety of materials and techniques. Daily tasks include sourcing materials, developing prototypes, assembling products, and ensuring quality control. The role may also include collaborating with team members to create unique craft designs and contributing to creating and maintaining an inspiring workspace.

• Proficiency in crafting techniques such as woodworking, metalworking, pottery, or textile arts
• Experience in design and creativity, with an eye for detail and aesthetic appeal
• Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision
• Project management skills, including time management and meeting deadlines
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Adaptability to incorporate customer preferences or feedback into designs
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Arts, Design, or related creative fields is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role or with relevant crafting projects is desirable
