Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Corporate Quality Assurance (CQA) based in Hyderabad. The CQA Head will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality systems within the organization. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, leading vendor qualification, overseeing Laisoning activities, managing quality documentation, and training staff on quality protocols. The role also demands close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support quality-related initiatives and maintains oversight of internal and external quality assurance processes. The CQA Head will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards across the company's operations.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance expertise, including knowledge of QA systems, regulatory compliance, and quality audits
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Proficiency in quality documentation and process improvement methodologies
• Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Master's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related fields with minimum 15 years experience
• Relevant certification or training in quality management systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) is a plus
• Proven track record managing quality assurance teams within the pharmaceutical industry
