Role Overview
- Work as an Oracle HCM Functional Consultant supporting implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Participate in client engagements and support Oracle HCM implementations.
- Gain hands-on exposure in Oracle Cloud HCM projects in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements.
- Assist in end-to-end HCM implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Prepare functional documentation such as FDDs, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Support SIT/UAT testing and provide post-go-live production support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, HCM extracts, and system integrations.
- Participate in client discussions and requirement gathering sessions.
Modules (Experience In Any One)
Core HR / OTL (Time & Labor) / Absence Management / Payroll / Compensation & Benefits
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Fusion.
- Hands-on experience in at least one HCM module.
- Understanding of HR processes and implementation lifecycle.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / BCA / BBA / MBA (HR/IT).
