CPS Team Leader

Overview

Lutron Electronics is seeking a Commercial Projects Support Team Leader to join our team in Gurgaon. This leadership role is responsible for driving technical excellence across project support functions, including solution development, estimation, and proposal preparation. The CPS Leader will collaborate closely with global sales, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality deliverables, optimize workflows, and support strategic growth across Lutron's global projects. .

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of lighting control and shading solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality projects across specification, estimation, and post-sales stages.
• Provide technical support for Lutron projects globally, ensuring high-quality solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive team performance by anticipating future needs and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Lead departmental planning and development to align with long-term business goals.
• Build and maintain deep technical expertise within the team to ensure timely resolution of support inquiries.
• Manage team operations including performance reviews, career development, and growth planning.
• Set clear priorities and direction based on business needs and performance metrics.
• Maintain strong cross-functional relationships and communicate service updates, escalations, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
• Oversee execution of high-impact deliverables such as customer projects and process improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement through business case development, success metric definition, and process innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 14 years of total professional experience, including people leadership.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and project processes in a manufacturing or construction environment
• Knowledge of the architectural/construction industry and commercial project workflows is a plus
• Experience with AutoCAD and lighting control systems is a plus
• Customer service experience preferred
• Fluent in English; strong communication and collaboration skills
