Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated
Experienced Professional to join our Commercial & Project Services team as a
key contributor and develop themselves as
subject matter expert.
This role supports end-to-end project execution while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams through technical guidance, mentorship, and knowledge sharing. The individual should demonstrate the ability to support and guide team members while ensuring high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Develop as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- Providing technical leadership across products, processes, and field applications.
- Own and drive delivery of complex, high impact projects across commercial, hospitality and Residential segments.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, building capability and confidence.
- With prior supervisor experience, takes on supervision for small group of people.
- Lead timely quality execution through workload prioritization, daily planning, and quality governance.
- Prepare lighting and shade design estimations using Design Software and AutoCAD.
- Generate project deliverables including:
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Submittal packages
- Wiring diagrams and general layouts
- Specification cut‑sheets
- Prepare official quotations and change orders.
- Coordinate with internal project teams, field service team, sales, and customer service team.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, quality, and turnaround time.
- Maintain documentation and updates in tools such as Lutron Designing & quoting software's, AutoCAD, and Salesforce.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science. Engineer with electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret construction documents.
- Hands‑on experience with AutoCAD or any other design tools.
- Lighting design hands-on is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and collaborate across teams.
