Senior 3D Designer - Events

The Cocktail Story is a leading 360° experiential marketing agency specializing in alco-bev brands. We work across strategy, design, fabrication, digital, and large-scale brand experiences.

Our work includes bar builds, retail toolkits, festival setups, immersive installations, and premium brand experiences across India.

We are looking for a 3D Designer who can bring ideas to life through spatial design, event environments, and fabrication-ready visuals.

This role requires someone who understands how design translates into real-world builds — not just aesthetics, but materials, scale, and execution.

• Create high-quality 3D renders for events, bars, kiosks, and installations
• Design experiential zones, stages, lounges, and brand environments
• Translate concepts into visually compelling, realistic outputs

• Design bar counters, backbars, display units, gondolas, and retail toolkits
• Develop layouts that balance aesthetics + functionality + brand visibility
• Adapt designs across different formats (on-trade, off-trade, festivals)

• Create designs that are practical and buildable on-ground
• Work closely with production and operations teams
• Suggest materials, finishes, and structures suitable for execution
• Support in creating technical drawings / fabrication references (if required)

• Collaborate with the creative team on campaign and event ideation
• Convert moodboards and ideas into 3D concepts quickly
• Contribute to visual storytelling in pitches and presentations

• Deliver client-ready visuals for pitch decks and proposals
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign narratives
• Maintain high-quality output under tight timelines

• 2–5 years of experience in 3D design for events / exhibitions / retail / experiential
• Strong portfolio showcasing event setups, bar designs, or spatial environments
• Proficiency in tools like:
• SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender
• V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus

• Strong sense of scale, proportion, and spatial awareness
• Ability to think both creatively and practically (design → build)
• Fast turnaround and ability to work on multiple projects
• Detail-oriented with high-quality output standards
• Someone who understands premium design language (especially alco-bev)

• Experience with bar design or nightlife spaces
• Understanding of materials, lighting, and fabrication techniques
• Basic motion or walkthrough rendering skills
