CPQ Lead Consultant

The CPQ Lead Consultant will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions for clients. Responsibilities include leading requirements-gathering sessions, developing and customizing CPQ solutions, integrating CPQ with other systems, and providing post-implementation support. The consultant will also mentor junior team members, manage project activities, and ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations. This is a full-time, remote position.

• Experience in implementing and configuring Oracle CPQ Cloud or similar platforms
• Proficiency in related technologies, including CRM, ERP systems, and integration platforms
• Strong knowledge of CPQ concepts such as pricing, quote creation, approval workflows, and product configuration
• Ability to lead functional and technical workshops with clients and translate requirements into solutions
• Strong abilities in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and solution optimization
• Excellent communication, client relationship management, and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in consulting and certifications in Oracle CPQ or related platforms are advantageous
