Job Description

As an Associate in Cross Product Change Services supporting Asset Servicing Transformation, you deliver end-to-end testing across technical flows. You document and execute test scenarios, monitor defects, and validate results for internal sign-off. You partner with Operations, Product, and Technology teams to drive process improvements and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end testing across Asset Servicing technical flows
  • Document and execute test scenarios, writing scripts in LLM
  • Provide accurate testing estimates during daily calls
  • Monitor and report testing defects, manage re-testing processes
  • Validate and present test results for internal sign-off
  • Utilize test automation tools for efficient test execution
  • Identify and syndicate opportunities to accelerate testing processes
  • Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups
  • Manage multiple projects to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Create professional presentations using PowerPoint/Pitch Pro
  • Contribute actively to program updates and team meetings

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Demonstrate experience in Custody Corporate Actions processing, especially US domestic and income
  • Apply relevant testing experience within Financial Services across multiple LOBs
  • Utilize applications such as TCS BaNCS and related systems
  • Exhibit expertise in Agile project delivery methodologies
  • Define requirements, document user stories, and execute test scripts
  • Manage critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines
  • Communicate clearly with team members, senior leads, and clients
