Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kozhikode for a Course Coordinator. The Course Coordinator will oversee the daily operations of assigned courses, ensure the smooth functioning of lectures and workshops, and coordinate schedules with instructors and students. Responsibilities include managing course materials, assisting in class preparation, addressing student queries, and monitoring course delivery for quality and adherence to schedules.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling and organizing classes and managing communications
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills for engaging with instructors, students, and other staff
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage course materials and ensure quality in course delivery
• Technology skills, including proficiency with educational software and tools
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced educational environment
• Prior experience in an academic or training coordinator role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Passion for education and fostering a positive learning environment
