Job Description

COUPA Support BA1

  • Experience in COUPA preferably 3 years +
  • Needs to understand the supplier onboarding and sync to ERP (Netsuite)
  • Needs to have experience resolving issues with the COUPA NETSUITE bundle
  • If the candidate has experience on Tax Integrations with Tax engines (OneSource), will be a bonus
  • We will expect the candidates to resolve P0 tickets in 2 days
