Job Description:
- Role Overview: Lead and support the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Coupa P2P and SIM modules, ensuring smooth deployment and optimal system performance.
- Implementation & Configuration: Configure Coupa modules including licenses, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements.
- Support & Maintenance: Manage bug fixes, system enhancements, and provide ongoing support for Coupa users.
- Documentation: Maintain and update Coupa Admin documentation according to standards and best practices.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of Coupa modules.
- Issue Tracking: Use ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools for issue tracking, resolution, and reporting.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Strong functional and technical expertise in Coupa P2P and SIM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration, workflow setup, and integrations; familiarity with Coupa Admin documentation standards; experience with ServiceNow or similar tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
