Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead Coupa implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment of solutions.
Collaborate with business leaders and end-users across multiple teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Coupa configurations.
Configure and manage Coupa modules, including CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) and RPMA (Request, Purchase, and Invoice Management Automation).
Support and enhance vendor management processes within Coupa, ensuring accurate onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Coupa workflows to ensure smooth operations.
Provide training and guidance to business users to maximize adoption and effective use of Coupa.
Document processes, configurations, and best practices to support long-term system maintenance and improvements.
