Job Description

The MDR Country Head - India will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of MDR revenue growth, beginning as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build and lead a team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving new logo acquisition through personal industry networks and proactive outreach.
  • Developing and executing India-focused MDR gotomarket strategies.
  • Targeting enterprise and large midmarket clients across key industries.
  • Leading the full sales cycle: prospecting, positioning, negotiation, and closure.
  • Engaging with CISO, CIO, and senior leadership stakeholders to position MDR solutions.
  • Leveraging conferences, industry events, and networking forums to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Collaborating closely with inside sales and marketing teams to convert leads.
  • Providing accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and executivelevel reporting.
  • Representing the company at strategic industry platforms and client engagements.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 10+ years of cybersecurity sales / business development experience.
  • Strong background selling SOC, MDR, SIEM, EDR, IR, or managed security services.
  • A wellestablished CXOlevel network within India.
  • Deep knowledge of MDR and related security technologies.
  • Strong negotiation skills and excellent executive communication abilities.
  • Ability to operate independently with high execution discipline.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
