The Counter Staff role is an entry-level position responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and handling transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers as they enter the establishment and provide them with information about the menu and services offered.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide change to customers as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter and surrounding areas.
  • Assist in stocking and replenishing supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Attend customers at the counter in a polite and professional manner
  • Explain product and assist customers in selection
  • Handle billing and basic computer based sales entries
  • Manger cash,UPI and card payments accurately
  • Maintain counter cleanliness and product display standards
  • check stock availability and inform supervisor outlet opening and closing procedures
  • support daily sales and customer satisfaction
  • coordinate with team members for smooth outlet operations
