Detailed Job Description

Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.

Flexible, Multi- tasking, Passionate to grow.

Prepare food items according to company standards.

Operate cash registers and handle money transactions with accuracy.

Maintain a clean work area, including counters, tables, floors, and kitchen equipment.

Assist in stocking supplies and ingredients as needed.

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverage products and CAYG as well.

Knowledge of Hygiene and Food safety rules

Ensure customer satisfaction by providing friendly, courteous service.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.

Treat customer concerns and feedback's as opportunities to improvise.

Fire to exceed customer expectations.

Upsell additional menu items when appropriate.

Willing to get trained on new skills and Train new team members on proper procedures and policies.

Participate in promotional activities and special events.

Knowledge of aggregator app ratings and parameters.

Stick to the world class standards

Other basic criteria:

Smart and Handsome personality having good/decent English communication skills.

Clear communication skills.

Maintain and create positive work culture.

Work Schedule: The employee will be assigned day, morning, or rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Weekly Off: Weekly offs will be scheduled on weekdays as per the shift roster.
