Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, the primary responsibilities will include assisting customers in selecting suitable products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining an organized, customer-friendly sales area. Additional duties involve processing sales transactions, managing inventory on the floor, supporting sales promotions, and occasionally assisting in customer inquiries. The Counter Sales Representative will also collaborate closely with the rest of the team to achieve sales goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and build rapport with customers effectively.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the business.
• Experience in Training and mentoring teammates to enhance team performance and product knowledge.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with billing and inventory systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to various customer needs.
• Previous experience in the automotive or retail sector, or with tyres and batteries, is advantageous.
